once more ABCatering delivered an excellent service at our Brazil-Minas Gerais Pavilion at the Miami Book Fair, on November 13.
I would like to remark that, besides providing delicious food, and professional set up and service, ABCatering was able to serve non stop - "mineira" food and caipirinhas for a crowd that surpassed our estimation.
It was a pleasure working with you, Ana, and your team.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of CCBU I sincerely thank you.

The Broward Center for the Performing Arts has used the catering services of AB Catering Cantering Company in Weston, Florida. Our experience with Deborah Rosalem and her entire staff at AB has been very rewarding.

The Broward Center for the Performing Arts presents a wide range of performances that reflects the unique character of the South Florida community. Our very successful Brazilian performances have always been presented with integrity and authenticity. In recognition of this, we have contracted with AB Catering to provide Brazilian specialties as required by the event. Last year out Brazil Night concert featured the exotic region of Bahia. AB Catering was able to prepare a selection of food specialties unique to that region. Based on the reaction we received from our Brazilian audience, the food was both delicious and authentic.

I was also recently a guest aboard a Royal Caribbean Cruise Shop for a Brazilian themed luncheon that was catered by AB Catering. Again, the Brazilian guests enjoyed the food and their comments were overwhelmingly complimentary. I would highly recommend AB Catering as a specialty caterer because the food, presentation and service are of a very high standard.
